i can refuse any commission if i find it offensive.
i can't do refunds, but you are allowed to cancel the commission before you pay. i always show the buyer a sketch before moving onto payment and completing the piece, and i don't mind if you want a few minor tweaks to the finished piece!you are allowed to use this art anywhere, as long as you give proper credit.
